    HPA systems

Hey what do you guys recommend for a HPA system? Under 210$

I was thinking 68ci, 4500psi N2duck, but feel free to toss out advice on the best regs or whatever kinda sweet systems.

For the most part you really can't go wrong with any of the presets. Mag's like the nice high input pressure that the presets provide and for that price range I think that is what you are looking at. I myself run a centerflag tank on my imp and it works well.

I would recommend the Centerflags, Pure Energy, and Crossfire tanks in a 68/45 flavor or whatever fits your fancy. I have had experience with all of the above and didn't have a problem with any of them. I tend to get my stuff a bit sandy too and they kept right on working.

just be wary of 32 degrees turbomax and bulldog 1's. All four pmi's on my team work and have worked fine.

yes centerflag, crossfires, and pure energy are good. actionvillage.com has crossfire 68ci 4500 for 199$. nitro duck's are darn good too!

I've got a pure energy 68 ci, 4500 psi tank, and I love it. Hasn't given me any troubles at all. Only thing I might upgrade to would be one of those new flatlines... (bit costy there though)
Don't think of it as being outnumbered, think of it as a wide target selection.

                  X systems

those X tanks, how good are those??? They have the ANS regulators, and I have no experience with those, I just want something that keeps a tight velocity pattern!
Also, how big are those 68cu X tanks? They look slightly larger than normal...I currently have a N2Duck 68cu 3000k, and just want to make an upgrade to the 4500k, so I was thinking of getting another N2duck, or something for value (so far the X systems?)
thanks for the advice already given, and any more to come.

my tank is great. sorry i cant help you with the size of the 68s, but the only system x i've ever seen in real life has been mine (88ci). the reg on it is great. the first time (3 weeks ago) i used it i was +/- 2 or 3 on my mag. second time (two weeks a go) my velocity was really bad, but that wasnt from the tank, i cleaned and reassembled my mag, and it was fine. I havnt used it since then, cept in my back yard, but i would expect the same great consistency next time i go to the field.

i have had no problem with consistency and i do not double reg, i go straight into the gun's reg. i would say +/- 4 fps would be normal....i only took it out twice though so i can't give you a long term assessment of it's quality and reliability, but you sure can't beat the price!

Actually, you DO double reg. One on the tank, one on the 'Mag.

why dont you have an adjustable then? (says stub in yer profile). Whats an adjustable gunna get me? Will it help at all when I get an extremly low pressure cocker?
