    Predator Mag

    The Story:

Ralph picked up a a predator mag from Marcus Davis "Mucus" Captian of the U.K. Predators and posted in a group on facebook. Being the mag hoarder i am knew i had to have one. Some time had gone by and another member of the same group posted his predator mag that was previously owned by Tony Elvins (aka 'Shiner' or 'Shiny' as I believe he was called Stateside). I of course messaged him and asked if he was interested in parting with it and he was. It took awhile for both of us to come up with a price. It is missing some original pieces but from our discussion not all the mags were green because there were not yet team issued markers like the autocockers were. It took awhile for the deal to be finalized, working out shipping costs, some family issues and traveling for work on the sellers end. He held up his promise to sell to me though which was greatly appreciated. Yesterday i checked the tracking as i saw it was out for delivery and it was a gamble to see if Fedex would attempt to deliver before i could make it home or if i would have to race across town to the pick up location before they closed. Well the stars aligned, i get a phone call from my wife saying its available at 5pm from the pickup location about 5 minutes from where i was for work. While standing in fedex waiting on the lady to get my package, i get a message from the seller saying "almost there." I thought it was kind of ironic. 5:02 PM I am walking out the door and sent a picture back to him showing it arrived safely.

This marker has been verified by Marcus as owned by Tony who was one of the original Predators.

Bunny: Feel free to do anything you find necessary(edit, add, delete) to add to the archives. I can take better pics too. I have a guy for that.

Very cool! Man, I spent awhile about a decade ago trying to find one of those 'tulip' tipped barrels for my mag like the one thats on that gun. I knew it was English made, and VERY rare in the states. Good find!

tulip barrels were made by a UK company call D A C, based in a town near me, I had one of the prototypes before they changed the end of the tip to look like a tulip

I did some more digging and it looks like it might have had a green rail and expansion chamber. Trying to track it down now. Keep your eyes peeled.
