When and Where can I get a C&C E-Mag?

I was just wondering if the C&C (Cut and Carved) E-Mags are available for sale yet? The main reason that I ask is because my team captin/local store owner said that he say two of them being used up at skyball. I really want to get one. Could someone let me know where they are available or could I call AGD and place a order? Thanks.

the 2 he probably saw were prolly from butterscotch yo. Either that or he was mistaking the cnc for a sfl. Agd has not released the cnc yet but its comming soon!
