Ok, maybe it's a stupid question but how can I figure out my ROF. I have a Classic body with an RT valve and an Armageddon. Also the new Intelliframe.

you can time how long it takes you to shoot a set number of balls or get a crono that records ROF.

My prefered way is to find a local feild with a fps/bps chrono...
those operate in such a way that if you fire more than 3-4 shots in quick order over them they switch from fps to balls per second. those are cool

My field has one of those,awhile ago we had everyone see how fast they could fire.I got 7bps with my piranha.
