You guy's seen this before? I've never seen this picture. Looks like a 4500 flatline too. I havn't been around for a while, so if this has already been posted then just delete this thread.

Yes, the gun was at the LA open and yes, it is about 2lbs, and of course, every AOer who was there was drooling all over it (present company included)!!!

                  I can't see it weighing only 2lbs sorry ....

well maybe now after looking at it, add a warp and revvy definately not 2lbs... but even without that i don't see 2lbs

I didn't hold it at the LA open. It was about two pounds with just the setup in the picture, with no air in the tank.

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but did it not seem like the body was metal to you???

Thats what I thought too. The metal was not cool to the touch at all, the gun had not been handled for a solid hour. It was still warm to the touch like it was made of some kind of composite.

It is most definitely aluminium. It was machined from the extruded Extreme body (try saying that after a beer or two ).

I do think sometimes that 'dust' finished guns 'feel' warmer but I think it's a psychological thing.

There were no batteries in the fore grip(unless tom has found a super light battery)! It weighed 2 pounds as you see but it was not a functional unless in RT mode. As far as I know no one actually shot it, it was fun to hold though(aaah the possiblities).

Micro and pito just ruined it for everyone. We thought that AGD had made a sweet Xtreme, that would weigh 2 pounds WITH a 4.5k Flatline on it.

I could have been upstairs right now, seeing how much money I would have to borrow from the bank to get one of these feather-light setups when they come out. BUT NO. YOU HAVE TO RUIN THE MOMENT. THANKS A LOT
