Can anyone tell me why it would NOT be safe to put a DZII on the bottleneck of my Flatline? I did a search and saw that there were a few who have already done it, but BlackVCG said that it was not a good idea. Can anyone clarify this for me because I would really like to use the DZII I just bought?

I've got a DZII on my dynaflow, and I can see that it might not be a good idea. If the collar doesn't fit right, you may pinch the bottle. My DZ doesn't fit very snug on the neck and it has to be tightened down to stop any wobble and still doesn't close completely.

Thanks for the replys! But I have decided to just stick with the stock flatline drop. It just fees the most comfortable to me. The DZII moved my tank up too far and the drop rail of the DZ was pressing up on my tank which could not have been good in the long run. :D AO member 4 life  :D

I plan on getting my uncle to mill me a custom DZII clamp that will fit around the reg of a Flatline, presuming I can ever get the money to afford one
