    Chrome Plating Kit

I did a search and only saw mention of this once.

Their kits certainly appear to require investigation.

Do it yourself chroming, anodizing even a link to powdercoating. All contained in kits with all the tools to do the job. I'm intrigued.

Anyone here have any experience on this???

There is also a small parts nickle plating kit for $30! Anyone use this?!?!?!?

Hmm, that is interesting. But are mag bodies good conductors? Because you need to flow electricity through the thing you are plating.

Oh yes... it's a particularly good conductor.

It's true about taking the parts to a local plating company... if there is one. But for myself, this is very cool. I have paintball, I'm building a car AND I now have the motorbike.

Cripes.. if this thing works, nearly every metal object I own will be wrapped in chrome!!!!
