I may be complelely missing the mark on this, but I dreamt up an idea the other night that would close off the feed tube during firing to eliminate blowback and generate all the power forward into the barrel.

Anybody wander why nobody has used the EPIC's trap door design on other guns yet? I bet I'll have to explain it again too...

well, i bet no one uses epics 1 because it is patented and 2 because it is slow
