Will the ACE be an upgrade for the regular EMag or just the Extreems and SFL's?

Reason I ask is because if you look at the first picture on the "AGD Prototype Lab" page it shows the ACE connected to a regular EMag grip frame. (View attached pic)

it wont work with the twist lock barrel. it will work with the cocker thread thow. other than that i cant help.
