My partner is having the same trouble with his SFL but in nice weather. I think the problem may be due to sharp edges left from the machining process. I questioned Tom about it, he said to go ahead and smooth them over, but my partner sent the gun to AGD before I could try it. Run your finger threw the breach in the direction the ball travels, chances are you will find some knife like edges, (NOT BURRS) left on the groves from the machining, you might try smoothing them over.
