          A friend of mine's does that, even when the batteries are good. I'm guessing it only happens when you are firing. His battery light goes on when he starts firing fast. Could just mean that the battery drain is fooling whatever sensor into thinking they are dying for a moment.

          More than likely Cliffio is right and your batteries need replacing.
