I have a pre-stars valve so how does the star system work with this valve? thanks

from what i read i still get free repairs cause i have a valve number over 30000 and no stars as long as it isnt from abuse. does anyone know if this is correct?Click For a Free IPOD!!! IT Really Works!!!
