    reg

Quick question. Do I need a reg. on the (Nitro) tank? Or do I just rely on the gun to do all the work? Thanks.

You don't NEED another reg, the AIR valve will reg the pressure down to usable levels.

However, if your tank already has one, it will not hurt performance. Just set it for 700-800psi output and forget it.

Yes, you need a Regulator ON the HPA (N2/Compressed Air)tank. You can not just use a tank filled to 3000-4500PSI and feel it directly into the gun.

Ok well since I've just gotten two completely different responses, can someone clear this up for me? How about some proof?

if you are on about a reg to attach to a verticle adapter then no, but if it comes with your tank then you can keep it or sell it

but you dont need to buy a spereate reg, like a bulldong or something the mag has a good enough stock reg wait its AMAZING reg

Pre-set N2 tanks are set to either 450psi, or 800-850-psi. Pre-set tanks do not have any means of out-put adjustment, they are considered "without a reg". They are perfectly safe to hose directly to your gun.

No tank puts out it's pressure capacity.
