Actually missed a "BIG" point!!!
Opening and closing day at Canobie are the only days you can BYOP! I agree $105 for paint is too much. Opening and closing day are the only times I play there.
I'm told if you have a season pass it is worth your while.
They do also raffle off season passes.
And field paint is 65 a case. Likely to be bigball.
Hope this changes things. Would be cool to get together!

I have gone to these events for the last 3+ years.
This is the first year that they have provided paint for a reasonable price. $65. (this is what the mailer I got from them said)
Normally, like the web page says its $105. Canobie (it seems to me) likes to cater to the corporate crowd. The field paint there used to cost $120 a case.

Still, you can bring your own paint. only on the opening and closing dates at Canobie. (Spring game and Turkey shoot as they are called)

I just got my Pm to this thread, Yea I went today...

It was good I shot about 10-15 a game, it was deffinitly worth it, It was 15 for me to get in, free air all day, and I brought a case of marbs that i picked up in manchester on south willow for 60, there field paint is Marbs and Premium , I shoot marbs tho and it was 65 a case today, its usally like 70 wiht a seson pass on a normal day and no money to get in, it was fun tho, i kicked some major ***! airball was awsome, imagine 100 on 100 on a regular sized airball field!! damn i got like 20 odd eliminations that round alone , and i won some **** in the rafle, I won a Tipmmann T-Shirt and 2 PMI Banners, I was wearing a red JT jesrsy (not the bubble jerseys) peace, i also saw a good amt of mags there to but they gave away an e-mag, to bad i didnt win it tho!!! peace

Saw a lot of mags. More than I have ever seen.
A couple dozen at least. My heart stopped when they called the numbers for the Emag. Damn....
I told as many as I could about AO.
Many a moon ago, my team and I were there for a fall game. We brought this one timer (jerk) and he won a mag. He didn't have an inkling of what it was. So, one of my team mates bought it from him for $100.

Anyways, it was a good time.
Sneaky, to bad we didn't hook up.

ps - I had the only warp there though. One kid asked me how fast it will feed. Not wanting to argue with anyone pointlessly I say "As fast as you can pull the trigger".
He turns to his buddies and mumbles something to the effect "Yeah, whatever". I love kids, their so funny.

I wish I could afford their paint. I'm going wait till May 4th or 5th and play at either Rockingham or Paintball Alley respectively. Depends on what my friends are up to.

Well as sneaky has said before, the way to go and play at canobie is to buy a season pass. $100 gets you field fees for the year and paint at $65 a case. Plus the spring and fall big games at a reduced fee. My team and I like to play at as many different fields as we can. So we haven't bothered to buy a season pass. Canobie likes to cater to the corporate crowd. How else can you explain $105 a case? I'll let in on a secret. Not so long ago it was $120. Gulp. They have a very professional staff, nice fields and lots of land. Just a little on the pricey side.
You never know, they may be the only field in history that actually makes money.
