A Dye tank cover would be your best bet.

I have a Redz and it's great. Completely covers and has a nice rubber grip on the back so it sticks to your shoulder when you bring the gun up. It's all you need.

I just got a Dye cover and love it. They are only $5 more than any other cover out there and well worth it. Rase covers are nice too, used to have one on my stubby.
As for them not fitting an 88ci tank, they only fit the fat short ones not the long tanks.I bought a dye one for an 88 ci and it didn't fit my tank... I was pissed! :D AO member 4 life  :D

I know DYE is known for selling some expensive a$$ stuff, like their barrels, but in this case its different.
The DYE cover feels nice, fits nice, and looks great. The padding is nice to know is there in case something bad happens. If I could only recomend one DYE product for it being worth the money, it would be there covers (barrels are nice, but too enpensice for most ppl) I think will stick with my cover until another company decides to copy them and market it *cough*JT*cough*.
Redz are nice, but felt loose around my 68 tank. I also could stand that bulge it had when you velcroed the strap by the tank reg. DYE cover has a very flush fit.

I favor the Dye bottle covers too. They're cool looking, durable (or so I've heard) have a nice grippy section on the back of the cover, and are padded to protect the tank. Not sure if I like the zipper though, seems like it could scratch a tank. But if it doesn't (I'm just paranoid right?!) then its like the perfect tank cover. $19.50 at g3pb
