Hey, I don't know if anyone here remembers me, but I used to be a regular poster around here. I haven't done anything paintball related for about two years, becuase of financial restrictions (I didn't have any more or a source of income). But now I have a job, and paintball is looking pretty interesting once again.
First off, I think AGD is a great company and has a great well kept website and owners group to go with it. I just have a couple random questions and comments I'd like to make. First off I'm wondering why you keeping changing the bolt styles. At first you have the short nose, I assume, to help prevent chops. Then you went to the long nose to reduce blowback. And also it seems to me that AGD used to be quiete against aftermarket bolts with foamies, but now the are offered straight from you. I just was wondering if you could give me some clarification on this subject, and I'd like to add that I like the idea of the delrin bolt on Mags, but I can't seem to find them in your online store.
The next thing that you keep changing is the ball detent, p style, v style, now plastic that's somewhat v style. I assume this is just experimentation, but if there's some other reason it'd be great if you could explain it.
The last thing I have is just a little idea I had and was wondering if it could work. I like the idea of the warp feed, but it seems kinda big. Even though it gets the hopper off the top of the gun and tucks it under your arm, I still think it could be a little smaller. So my idea was a Revolution (or Halo if you so desire) add on the would bolt straight onto the hopper. It would use the same principal as the warp feed, but I was thinking that it could be a much smaller version (maybe only a disk that would only use a couple balls at a time). I was thinking that it could be contained into something that would be contained in something about the same size as the whole battery, motor, electro board in the Revolution, so it would be kinda like a Rev with the squarish part on the front and the back. I don't know if you can tell what I'm trying to say, so if you have questions, maybe I could try and explain it better some other time.
