Both my teammates use Black Dragun with Spyder-threaded Dye Boomsticks. A very high ROF and a very accurate gun. You really need to dump the stock barrel, though. It is unadulterated crap (IMO).

            will do

yeah, im on pretty limited funds, so i am going to get a black dragun compact, a 12 inch teardrop barrel, probably a 9v revvie from a friend, and thats all the upgrading i will do to begin with. ill let you know how it all works once i get it.

I heard that the plastic gripframe has funky holes, so you can't use a bottomline or dropforward with it... the plastic isn't strong enough to handle the torque caused by the weight of the tank.

get one with a metal gripframe, then you'll be all set.

You can mount the plastic frame. How long it would stand up to some hard playing I don't know.

Hope it treats you well, I can't picture myself shooting a spyder with an electro grip.

My friend has the Black Dragun LCD. It's nice. It comes with a plastic trigger which isn't too expensive to replace.

I dont know a single black dragon owner who hasn't had trouble with the gun. I was at my local pbs not too long ago and in the 30 min I was hanging out 2 people came in with broken bdragons. The pricetag is attractive but I would be leary of buying one.

in non-nppl events, i play for M3 Factory team.
i use black draguns, snipers, and patriots( they are all the same thing) and they shoot fine.

they don't come w/plastic triggers any more, well phil ya right, they are pretty cheap, but they do shoot nice, there just like any gun, they can have problems, but its not hard to fix, the worst problem i had, was i dove and the gun hit the ground 1st, and the gun turned off, then i turned it back on, no problem...

if yall got any more ??s i'll answer them, cause i work at m3,and play for there team, so i prolly know the answers.

plus it brings back them olden days, ya don't ya remember shootin a spyder when ya were a newbie?

ha i no someone who had the best problem. He was in waist deep water and he stupidly dropped it in the water. It did work after a couple hours though. i tried it for a game nice gun but it needs a new barrel.
