As far as retrofitting...that means that it will be able to be put on your gun without getting a new valve...just like getting a new bolt, you dont need a new valve to have a superbolt. I am guessing it is a new powertube tip or something along those lines.

I found this in Tom's bolt mod post...

"The two things we can do to reduce this problem is slow down the bolt and remove the sharp corner. Slowing the bolt requires a bunch of new parts BUT rounding the edge of the bolt you can do at home. "

He make reference to slowing the bolt to reduce breakage - I know the mods are alluding to higher ROF the 11Bps, but I'm wondering...

I hope that the ROF doesn't have to be slowed down I like having the high ROF, but do want to reduce breakage.

I'll bet it is going to slow down ROF a little. I'm guessing around 15/16 bps. Somehow I can't see that being a problem.
