I live in the UK, can I get my RT(original) converted into an E-MAG and how much would it cost to do?

i can't make up my mind..i was planning on doing the eMag upgrade but with it just having the stock valve i thought that it would be a kind of half-*ss eMag..but i still can't decide between the eMag upgrade or just exchanging my valve for a ReTro Valve and adding an intelliframe..oh well..

quick question does any body know if the reg mag valve is as fast as a impluse or an shocker. I only ask because I'm making my choice base on go retro or do this.

Stock mag valve can do 12bps without shootdown, right? The shocker does like 11 and a half(At the max), and I'm not sure about the Impulse.
