Polishing the minimag Body rail?

Has anyone ever done it? I cant find a metalic red rail. Or even a chrome rail. So i was wondering if anyone ever polished it. Im wondering if it will look like the polished body once it is polished? Also does anyone know where they might sell a chrome/metalic red body rail? Thanks

ps. If anyone has a picture of a polished rail..thatd be awesome.

I polished mine. It's aluminum so it doesn't shine as good as the SS mainbody. A little dull compared to it.

In the off season, i'm sending some of my parts to a motorcycle shop and they're gonna chrome my polished parts so everything'll match.
