friend needs help deciding on guns

he is looking at a Rt pro and a classic timmy, both would be new, he would also get a nitroduck tank with the gun, hes looking at the mag because of the simplicity about it ( he is a old cocker user) and the timmy because he heard its a sweet gun, he cant make up his mind and maybe you guys can help him, what would you get, he has about 1k to spend

if he plays tournys at all, go electro, timmy,

or get a matrix, you can pimp out a matrix and get a great tank for 1 k

I believe if you search around you can find new e-mags pretty cheap. Modified Paintball has them for 895 and they dont rip you off either (I just ordered my warp from them and got it in 3 days from NY to GA in perfect condition) That leaves you 100 for the tank. You can get a small preset for that amount, but I would highly reccomend buying a bigger used tank.
But, I would go for the RT pro if thats not an option.

never shot a pro b4 i had a RT then went to a Emag. Even thoo the mags love air there both great guns. If theres anyway he can get a emag i would suggest that but if not there is defintly nothing wrong with the pro

If he wants simplicity...

Then he should go RT Pro. If he wants a larger gun that will require more maintenence then he should go with the Timmy. I am not trying to bash Timmys but it is the truth.
