Dye Invision

I am in LOVE. These goggles are the best i've ever had on my head. I am a big beefy kid with a big head, but these were just so comfortable. The amount of padding in these masks is great. It felt tight, but not overbearing because of all the cushioning. The FOV is slightly less than what i'm used to(from the V-Force), but it's good enough. I didn't have any problems seeing through them at all. Not to mention they're so easy to clean. No more goggle spray, just straight up water cleans these things great. The only thing i don't like about them is replacing the lenses(again coming after the simplicity of the V-Force). But other than that, these are now my main goggles. My V-force are now on backburner. Dye Invision's rule.

Tu as raison! I love my Invisions. I've only had experience with JT's, but I refuse to buy an existing JT as my next set of goggles. They have way better foam, actual improved FOV over the Spectra's may be arguable, but it's plenty on the Dye. IMO Spectra's foam gives too much. On the Invision there is 3 different types of foam, might sound like a marketing gig, but directly compare it to any Spectra and you will notice a difference in comfort and support. No pointless flexible parts, I always eat paint, flex or not. Good looks for the price, good lens, good strap, best foam of any mask I've tried. 2 down points that I'm not really affected by incredibly: Lens couldn't be in there any more solid if I screwed and glued it in, and if you have a big head plus a pie-hole similar to Steven Tyler's, you might take a few in the chin or lip. Just don't try sticking your fist in your mouth on the field. Maybe BigRagu can tell us how the VForce foam stacks up to the Invision. Other than that I can tell you while on your head it will be the best mask on the market, changing lenses will trouble you, but don't be turned away by it. Try it on before you buy it and you will be sold.

Until the new extended ear pieces appear on the Invision I won't consider buying one. ETA was mentioned to be July from the following thread.

I have a really big head and my ears are well behind the mask. I think the very tip of the back of my ear sticks out a little, but not much. I can't hear for squat anyways so i don't care. j/k.

Update

Last night was my third night using my invisions. After recieving quite a few gog's(was always on the lousy team), there was quite a bit of paint in all the little grooves and were the retention tabs are. I couldn't just leave all the paint there so i decided to take them apart again and clean the whole thing. When i got home and took it apart, it was much easier than the first time. The tabs came out fairly easy and went back in the same. I guess you kind of have to break them in. Now the only problem i see with these is when you do get gogged, it's annoying to clean.
