    well if you have a scuba shop or a fire extinusher(yep my spellin sux) place near you try them... you could also call your local fire dept. and ask who they use...

    there are also a couple of places here online that you can send your tank too that can get the job done..... but i would check in your local area first

      Local is good. Pick up the yellow pages and call a scuba shop or two. It should cost $20-30 to get the tank hydroed. Around here it's $25 per tank.
