    I have an intelliframe problom....

I got my intelliframe about 2 weeks ago. I used my old trigger internals for it. Well once it was put on i gased it up with a full 68/30 tank(one i always use) Shot a few shots and it was a dream. Well i rapid fire and i notice i hear leaking after shooting my max speed. Well then when i depress the trigger air leaks out the barrel. and after i shoot there is some leaking as well...Now i think thats weird because everyhting was perfect with mny single trigger frame...no leaking at all even when i depress the trigger. I thought well i guess i need a smaller spacer for some reason. I came out and shot it agian and i noticed when i just shot a few shots its ok. But when i rapid fire i noticed the trigger rod becomes pushed to the side of the frame. And it is like sticking to the left side. And thats why the air is leaking...bcz the rod wont go all the way back. None of this never happened with my single trigger frame...mayb im wrong or just stupid...but please help me out
    thanks
Note:i have not yet tried a smaller spacer...im am in the proces of getting one...the next size down is the smallest spacer
It's time to kick @$$ and chew bubble gum...I'm all out of bubble gum

Contact AGD and send it back in to be looked at. Unless your trigger rod is bent, it shouldn't be binding inside of the frame, unless of course there is a manufacturing flaw in the frame. If you are getting leaks down the barrel with the trigger held back, replace the on/off top teflon o-ring.

Check your trigger sear where you drop it into the body rail. Sometimes the shaft that goes through the sear will go into the body rail uneven. Press down on both side of the shaft evenly so the sear drops in straight.
