"ball wait" <--- Someone wanna explain to me?

One of the things that is absolutely clear is that a sharp corner on the front edge of the bolt impacts the ball waiting to fall into the breach next and cracks it. For identification we call this the "ball waiting". The damaged ball will sometimes, but not all the time, blow up down the barrel.

I'm Trying to visualize what exactly is goin' on here. I've got my bolt, body and barrel in my hands right now, and I 'still can't seem to understand how exactly this is happening.

Will someone explain, very exactly, how this happens? Diagrams/pictures from mspaint would be awesome.

holdon, so the one, waiting to get in the gun gets damaged? at what point? when the bolt moves forward, or backwards? or is it after that?

      be a bit more specific.

When the bolt goes forward, the top edge of the bolt hits the bottom of the ball that is next to be shot, which causes a fracture. Then when the fractured ball is shot it will occasionally break in the barrel.

yea,the bottom part of the ball waiting sticks in the breach just a tad,and it gets cut with the top of the bolt, which is sharp, thats why he had people sand it down

Viagra? Did somebody say Viagra? Great stuff! Especially if your balls don't pass the bounce test! Personnally, I wouldn't let a sharp bolt anywhere near my balls but I STILL use Viagra whenever the need arises - or doesn't as the case may be.
