    death not paintball related?

Has this already been shown here? Sounds like there may have been an over reaction. Witnesses see people shooting paintball guns then someone gets hurt so paintball must be to blame. Does anyone else have anymore information on this?

It turns out, that despite eyewitnesses saying that he was hit by paintballs, later investigation proved he was never struck by a ball.

Eyewitnesses also say the 3 youths were shooting at him. Police determined that although 3 youths had been shooting paintballs in the area, there is no evidence of them actually being there at that time.

It seems that where Gary fell, there was fresh paint on the ground, which most everyone concluded to mean he was assaulted.

It wound up being just a terrible accident.
