What it is??? and what's it worth??

Ok, I just had a customer come in with an older used mag, that I want to add to my collection!!!

Anyway, the back half of the valve assembly wasn't stock. The only markings I could make out on it were

"manufactured for PMI by AGD"

I mean I know that it's some sort of aftermarket reg body, and Aftermarket is supposed to be bad.... but it WAS made by AGD???? So what's the scoop with this thing?


Also how much do you think I should give for:

Straight feed classic mag
Taso grip frame with guard lopped off and 2 finger trig
ASA and cheapo ex chamber
PMI reg thingy
Gas through t stock
2 PMI ceramic barrels
1 AA barrel
supposedly an aftermarket on/off but I didn't take it apart

Any idea what this is worth??? Would $250 be good, or should I try to get him for lower???

I'd try a little lower. If he goes less great, if he doesn't you can raise.

It's from a Micromag. Uses AGD internals, with PTP bodies and cocker threads.

I'm not sure about that... It's a standard "classic" mag. The front half of the reg says "classic" on it. The 2 pieces don't match at all. So it could be the back half of an micromag reg and front of a classic???

I'm lost!

The PMI 8-hole mods were manufactured by one of the machine shops that manufactures AGD's parts. This way it's made to their specs and they can warranty the gun if it comes in for service. It's good because people will still insist on buying the 8-hole mods, so having at least one of them made to AGD's specs helps them when the gun comes in for service.

Yeah its a bolt on back half of the reg. Like the ANS phase 2 reg. I used to have a pic of the PMI Perfect Charger (thats what its called) in its package and you could clearly see Made by AGD on it...

and I would like to take those PMI barrels off your hand - if they are in good shape, cheap, and the older kind...
