i need help

i need help. i have a mag, and am bored with it, i want to break into the cocker world. what i dont want to do is bye a stock cocker and build it over time, i want to buy a centerfeed body and custom mill it, then build it completly when the body is finished. now for my problem, i have the means to do the milling and planning, but i dont know what area of the body is safe to mill, like what needs to stay intact. if anyone out there can help out point me in the direction of diagrams or anything like that, i would greatly appreiciate it.
