Yeah, good luck trying to get the Invisions to fit with glasses. Somebody said they had bad foam, I've never heard that before, I think they have better foam than Flex-7's. If the Proteus has the same foam as Flex-7's, your friend should get the Invisions. For you, try something like Vforce or Raven.

I have tried several different masks and found that I liked the vforce best. Great field of view, lenses never fog, and easiest lens to clean on the market. Only downside is they don't fit glasses very well. But that's why I got laser surgery!

Well, while the Nuvis seems to have the least votes it seems to be the only one that no one has anything bad to say about. Any one have anything else to offer?

v-force, in my opinion, are the best goggles on the planet. I've tried nearly everything available and will not use anything but my v-forces.

The Dye Invision is the best mask I have ever tried on. It looks awesome, is very comfy with the three stage foam, and has a wide field of view. I am getting one as soon as Dye comes out with the extended earpieces sometime in July. (My ears stuck out too) But, the Proteus did seem to be roomier and offered slightly more protection, so I think it would be better with glasses.

V-force. I used to have a pair (forgot which) and they worked wonderfully.

go try on the raven i think youll be convinced they are the most comfortable gogs on the market. the lense is a polychrimatic anti-fog material that they got from the millitary under special contract, it will only fog in extreme conditions. the strap has a rear center clip with a triple no-slip bead made by a swiss(i think) ski goggle company. the foam around the goggle itself is a very unique design that i think is very conducive to eyeglasses(i dont wear glasses myself though). the only draw back is that they dont come with a goggle bag, but thats eazily fixed!

I would suggest the Vforce also. I was one of the first ppl at my field to get one, and I love it. Now several ppl at the field have one. They have a very good range of vision, and the lense is super easy to remove to clean. I have played with it in extreme cold, hot, and humid conditions, and it hasn't fogged on me yet. That's my suggestion. The shield (hard lower) is about $45, and the morph (soft lower) is around $80. I won't go back to any other kind of mask since i've tried Vforce.
I once complained because I had no shoes. Then I met a man who had no feet. . . .So I took his shoes. I mean, he didn't need them anyway, right?

Eagle, I personally witnessed a problem with the Nuvis this weekend. I saw one guy get hit, and the lens popped out. He replaced the lens weith a new one...same thing happened again. Neither hit was close range. Now, this couldve been a faulty mask; I dont know. I have played with this guy before, and never seen that happen. Just a word of caution, thats all.
I use Proteus; but, if you plan on painting it, go with something cheaper like the flex series. My only experience is with JT, so I cant give an unbiased opinion on any other system.

                              Distorted vision my foot.

I've been using Flex 7's with Amber lenses for a while now, and if anything, with the Amber, you get HIGHER clarity because of the better contrast of the amber lens.

I know nothing of this "distortion" you talk about, my JT's are awesome.

My feeling is that the Invisions are too small, same with the Proteus. I have a big head.
