AGD gets slandered at my local shop.

OK, so I go down to my local shop.
The same place I bought my RT Pro and Warp.
The owner is working (very rare) and I ask him if they
carry the AGD Flatline Compressed air system.

He shakes his head "No" and proceeds to tell me
"They are not all that they are cracked up to be"

"Why" I ask. He looks dumbfounded for a second, obviously
not used to being challenged.

"Why do you want one?" he counters.

"I have all AGD products on my Mag. That way if I have any
problem, I have only one place to go" I respond.

"Well" he says "The big hype is that it can handle 20 + BPS.
No gun will do that, so there is no reason to spend that much."

"But it can handle it?" I ask

"Yeah" He replies

"So it is all it's cracked up to be?" I ask, now being a smart ***.

"Well, if you want to get technical, yes." He says

"Thanks." I say.

I proceeded to refill my CO2 tank for my Tippmann and buy
some paint and a new mask. I also bought a T-Shirt they had
in the window that says "Friends don't let Friends Shoot
Mags". I intend to wear it every time I play with my Pro.

I think he doesn't sell them as he knows he won't make any extra money off of it. I mean you won't need to bring it back to him for repair (like you would have to repair it or something LOL) or he's just one of those "I gotta dremel!!.. makes me an Airsmith at my PRO shop" kinda guys LOL

So he also sells shirts bashing the products he sells? Interesting idea. I guess I don't follow the logic some people use when selling stuff. If somebody says "I want product XYZ", if I have it and it's not junk, I sell it. Fast, easy sale. Obviously, an upsell might be offered, but I'll never tell somebody what they want to buy is garbage unless it really is (I'm in sales, by the way).

It's apparent that you're new to mags. You'll come to find that everyone has little to no respect for us mag owners. No matter how much you prove them wrong, they're still just a bunch of blenders. I get my mag up to 11bps without chopping one ball and still mags for the most part just chop paint. I think that's why i like my mags so much. I guess i find the saying "Ignorance is bliss" very fitting in situations like this.

I just can't wait till I get my extreme and all the ppl that bash on mags are gunna be like "wtf is that?" "some kinda new gun that uses coker barrels or something" and I'll be like " NOPE, just my 'mag" and they'll be like " all mags are the same, chop sqeeugie chop" and i'll be like " the only time this gun is gunna break a ball is when it breaks on U" and laugh...........................................

i can make my tippmann go 40+ if i wanted to so i dont see what the heck the point complaining any gun can go 20+ is

other customers was enough revenge for now.

stick something on the sear and it wont catch and starts to literally slam back and forth mad fast but the gas cant charge that fast in normal conditions

i dont wanna get into a discussion about how a tippmann can go 40+ cuz im sure mags can go alot faster if it werent for all the caps it put and such


speaking of bps i was surprised when i went to my local field it had a chrono that can count bps and i was whooting 11.5 bps and my trigger on my cocker is aweful(longer than my tippmann but shorter than a spyder) something like a half an inch pull and kinda light
