Consistency of Emag vs Angel

I currently have and RT PRO but notice inconsistencies in my velocity. I am upgrading but not sure whether to go with the Emag or an Angel. Those who have both, please let me know which gun you find to have the more consistent velocity.

I have had great consistency with my retro valve. All I do is keep my reg seat really clean and I get +or-2 I am extremely happy with it. Id say make sure your reg seat is clean before you just say that the marker is inconsistent.

Yeah.. check the reg seat and make sure your paint to barrel match is good. Nothing can mess up consistancy like a bad match!

yeah... umm if you have the RT Manual it gives you the propper way to chrono your RT. Theres a special way to do it with the RT, something about heating up your RT valve.

I never had very good consistancy with my mag, but my friend's shoots very consistant. Guess something in my valve was screwed

spend the 24$ on an o-ring rebiuld kit before you spend the 1k+ on a new gun! i think that youll find that a new reg seal will help the problem!

It has to do with input pressure to the gun. The more pressure, the more reactive the trigger but the greater the difference between the first shot and a shot string. For better consistency lower the input pressure.

can you get it balanced enough so that you dont get penalized for a first hot shot?

Correctly set up, mags can be quite stable. My record is 299-300-300 at a tournament with my Emag :)

I never had good consistency with my E-mag, thats not to say others can't have incredible consistency. But my consistency was all over the place with my E-mag. But it still shot great!!!
