    More Shatnerball

Can someone tell the the schedule for Shatnerball?? I know it starts Friday the 31st, & I think it ends Sunday. So when's the actual game, and what's going on the other two days??

Can someone tell me how far the RRI in Joliet is from Chicago Midway Airport??

    Friends fly Free!

If I do fly, I've got a bit of a problem. I can't rent a car since I'm not 25. Well, maybe not. I've been doing some digging & I think I can rent one, they just charge me more. Either way anyone know of an easier way to get from Chicago Midway to the RRI? I'd prefer not to take a taxi, too damn expensive. Are there trains or anything like that?

I'd say that's it for now, thanks!

Call the Red Roof Inn and see if they offer a shuttle service from the airport. If not you'll need a taxi.

      From the Spplat website:

"The long weekend's planned activities include concerts, BMX and skateboard demos, Bike & Shoot contest and the largest "Tank" Battle in Paintball's history"

I am pretty sure that a set schedule probably won't be etched in stone until just a few days until the actual event.
Return to the free market. Get rid of all government regulations and let society make it's own decisions. Time and again the relaxing of government regulations has increased profits, innovation and the economy.

                  Some Schedule "details"

Keep in mind that for now the exact schedule is still tentative but it should go something like this:

Wed: Sign in all day. Open Play with No Field Fees for registered & Signed in Players.

Thursday: Sign in all day. Open Play with No Field Fees for registered & Signed in Players.

Friday: Sign in all day. Open Play with No Field Fees for registered & Signed in Players.

Star Trek "Con" starts in the afternoon near Challenge Park Etreme. Discounted entry for Signed in Players.

Autograph (including William Shatner) session at Challenge Park Xtreme on Friday evening with discounts for signed in players.

Saturday: Sign in (for those not already signed in) starts around 5:00 AM with "Smack Talk" at 8:00 AM (with mass photo opp). 8:30 AM each team moves to assigned "Launch Pads". 9:00 AM mass start.

We hope as many as possible will sign in before Saturday AM. If 3000 players show up Saturday AM to sign in before the start of play we may have difficulties getting everyone signed in before the start. Shuttles will run from overflow parking (Racetrack) to CPX starting on Friday. On Saturday we will require 3 passengers or more per vehicle to park at CPX. We will encourage carpooling from the Racetrack and nearby hotels.
