Lions 2nd at Centerflag 7 man
As most of you probably know we ended up 2nd. After maxing every game of the prelims in less than 5 min. we Dropped the first game of the finals to Circus. We played with six and luck was not on our side. Our 7th guy made it in time for the second game against Bam, which we maxed with 5 guys alive. The third game against strike force we had to play with 6 guys. So, we had to go on with six guys even though we had seven, and still maxed them. Thanks to Chance and Chester from the Spores for playing with us. They played great. Chance made it to the 50 every game on the AGD field and shot people stupid. Chester and Tracy were ripping up the middle and other side of the field. I didn't get to shoot paint through the new level 10 but it felt cool. Tom, thanks for everything. Thanx to all for the kind words. The missing player got stuck behind an overturned semi on his drive in. Not a great excuse but it happens. We will get over it and do better next time. AGD Pride looked great out there and didn't miss playing the finals with us by much. The guns rocked and the Warps have some new believers. It's always nice to play those teams not using them. Those hopper hits are great. Thanks to Tom for his help and his genius (did I say the guns rocked?) and thanks to the rest of the teams, the refs and Centerflag for a great weekend.
