Burning in the motor? Are AM/MM mainbodies interchangable?

I was wondering about how long it takes to burn in the motor, and what is the correct setup of the jumpers in the warp when you Intell link it. I am not quite sure of how to burn the motor in, i read the instructions but it needs to be more clear. I also don't understand the whole jumpers thing, the more you use the shorter of a turn the warps makes. Please help.

AM/MM bodies are interchangable.
As for the warp

typically I burn them in with a cheap 9v let it run until its dies.

The warp comes with all the jumpers installed (shortest spin time available). If you want the warp to spin longer, then you remove jumpers until it spins however long you want it to.
