OK, I've posted a couple of pics on here but everyone always said to resize them. HOW DO U DO THAT? I dont have any picture editor(photoshop etc...) and I'm just a little bit confused. can anyone help me? Thanks

Download graphics program. A good free one is L-View Pro.
The old version is free, if you search for lviewp1b.exe you're sure to find it. Then open the picture, and resize it. Also, if it's a .bmp, change it to a .jpg since they are quite a bit smaller.
