AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Is it neccessary to have a drop forward that pivots or tilts for lack of better terms (like the Kapp drop zone) when you use a z-grip. Is it just as easy to use with a normal drop like the one on the flatline systems?
Thanks

You don't NEED one, I used to play with mine not offset and loved it. I do like the feel of it offset better though. It works both ways, just better offset IMO
You don't really need one that tilts. For me, the main issue was the length of the drop forward. The Z provided enough forward positioning that I ended up using a Shockteck Mini.
Thanks for all of the feed back. I was just wondering whether it would be absolutley neccessary. I guess the answer to that is no. Now, does anyone know an apx. date for the release of the intel. z-grip.
