Coming Out Of Retirement

I HAVE NOT PLAYED IN ABOUT 8 YEARS BUT I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I AM THE PROUD OWNER OF A MINIMAG. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF THE LOOP FOR AWHILE AND I AM LOOKING TO SEE WHAT THE HOT NEW INNOVATIONS ARE - LIKE ELECTRONIC MARKERS?!?! I TOOK MY MINIMAG OUT, BRUSHED OFF THE DUST, AND FIRED A FEW ROUNDS THROUGH IT. AS SOLID AS THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. I AM RUNNING N2 BUT I AM WONDERING WHATS NEW? ANY MODS THAT ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED?

Congrads man. Is it just a stock minimag? I would recommend a new frame. Maybe an intelliframe or hyperframe. new barrel would also be nice

Welcome back! Yes, I would suggest an Intelliframe.

Also, feel free to browse the Forums... visit the Tech Forum and peek at a few posts... hop around and soak in the great information.

(Side note: I would also suggest losing the CAPS.. nothing says Newbe like typing in all caps and it is considered rude. )

What is a hyperframe or intlliframe - benefits over stock frames. The mods I did were simple things - rubber grip, shotened the trigger pull. I have 3 barrels, I think the one I use as my standard is a JT 8 or 10". Not sure though.

AArrgh! It HAS been awhile since you played! Return the trigger rod to it's factory length quick (1.98-1.985" from the tip to behind the clevis), those old mods have been found to cause too many problems, and accelerate wear on the bolt and sear.

the intelliframe is probably the best 2 finger trigger frame made for the automag, it is made by AGD and with it you can wire it up to your electronic hopper causing it to spin everytime you shoot your gun they are around 130

the hyperframe is made by centerflag and is an electro frame for the mag. there is also the boo-yah

Also might wanna try out a retro valve. it's IMO the best way to shoot a mag. the velocity wont drop off, and it returns the trigger back to firing position using the gas that ur using on your gun. I dont know if your interested in it but its easily capable of around 14BPS(if your into shooting as much as possible like me). hopet his helps. )OH it can only be ran on nitrogen but you said that thats what your using so u dont gotta worry bout that

yea,get the ReTro valve,a freak barrel,warp feed

and for MODS,a new one is about to come out.It is called "level 10"....it will (supposedly),eliminate ball breaks......and the extreem emag is coming out when the IAO is....its supposed to be the hot thing by AGD this year

sorry. i needed to fix that. I thought someone might be a little confused by a multi size barrel kit halo hopper ( lol, I was confused for a second reading that.) dont wanna be a jerk or annoying, but theirs something inside me that when I see something that confuses me i gotta fix it. oh and dont be ashamed of talkin to your self. at my school I used to scare the teachers because I would talk to myself and have pretty intilectual conversatins, lol

i saw the error after i posted, but as well as talking to myself, I'm also pretty lazy I'm not woried about corrections. Talking to oneself can produce good answers, just as long as thre not out loud(in public)

Don't you think that would be interesting though? A barrel kit with haloadapter built in? There would be no worry bout warp left, hopper right etc.

that'd be a site. you wouldn't have to worry bout breech breaks anymore. only air would be hittin the ball I wonder if anything like that will ever be made. something to wonder about
