Oil freak inserts?

Do you need to put a drop of oil on the inserts to lubricate them a bit, cause they feel really tight in the freak back.

i've never had to, but my friend had to put a little oil. I'd use as little oil as possible, rub a drop on your fingers then lightly coat the insert and see if you can't get it in, you dont want it to slide in with NO friction after all,

i'd suggest the use of some. how much is up to you. when I first got mine, I just stuck one of the inserts in and got it stuck. took me literally ALL DAY to get it out. my fingers were raw and hurt really bad after I got that thing out.
