It doesnt matter my mag worked great when i used c02. All i had was an angled asa and a gas thru grip. Mags work great on co2, but getting nitro for your mag is like getting a new mag all over again. The difference is huge. No more hissy noises, no more sputtering or anything. Plus nitro is cooler.

The marker comes ready to go right out of the box. All you need is a compressed air system - screw it in and you're ready to shoot. The high performance valve only works off compressed air - CO2 is not allowed in this system. We highly recommend a motorized hopper like a HALO or Revolution to feed this beast!

I've only used nitro on my mag.Posted by someone talking about cockers shooting further and more accurately:Everytime you break the forum rules, God kills a puppy... please think of the puppies.Plus, I don't want to see a bunch of stupid people running around the field with all sorts of bad info.

I am forced to use co2 for there are no fields in the area and no N2 fills. It works great with a vert tank or an angled asa/expansion chamber. I was just out today polling off around 8 bps, no problems. Velocity dorpoff isn't much either. The neat thing is to p[ut your hand on the valve while firing.. you can almost feel the thing heating up from the thermal expansion. Nevertheless, a vert tank or an angled asa with expansion chamber is hte way to go. THe angle in the ASA is to keep the liquid in teh bottom of hte tank, and not siphoning into the hose. Expansion cahmbers just movde the gas around, trying to add more heat energy to it before it gets to the valve. A vert tank will also keep liquid at the bottom and not near the ASA, but they are kinda bulky and akward.
