Alright here's the deal: i need some opinions on what to do with my gun. Either A)leave it the way it is and go for the black and purple color scheme, or B) polish up the minimag body and get a new trigger frame, more or less aiming for the chrome/purple color scheme. Any other ideas are also welcome. Thanks

dude it would look awesome with a purpl/black scheem (sp?) cause how many people have a chrome and purpl scheem? like 3, now how many peoples have a black and purpl scheem? noooo oneeee! get a black intelli frame and a black freak back and youll have a sweet(er) gun

Can I ask you what size Shocktech drop you're using? I know there's a short version too... I need to get a new drop for my mag, since the warp puts my hopper right in my face (Literally) :P

I'm assuming you're using a 68/3000 Tank also.

Go for the purple and chrome, they're both common so it's not something that should be chosen based on originality...but purple and chrome looks nicer to me.

it's the large shocktech drop. But i'm not using a 68/3000, rather i've still got my P.O.S. 47/3000, heavy as hell. But i have used a number of different 68s on it and it worked extremely well.

I'd polish the Mini body and get a "chrome" Intelliframe. Then, when you have the cash, you can add a Retro and be all done.

just in let everyone know, there are a few things i'm not going to do. i'm not going to get an intelliframe because i like single triggers better. and i'm not going to get a retro because i don't ever max out my current valve assembly and i don't need the reactive trigger. should i go the chrome way, then i'll get a dye 1x or try to polish up the stock aluminum frame (if it's possible). if i go black, then i'll pretty much leave it the way it is and be done with it, but you can never truly be done with something anyways...

i dont' think you guys realize how difficult it was to find all that purple...i've spent hours and hours trying searching for this particular purple and when i finally get it all to match up, you guys come at me with baby blue? BAH! Sorry, blue's not an option, it's between purple/chrome and purple/black. anything other than that better be purple and something else, but no matter what the purple ain't goin away. i'm not swappin out my color for anything...
