The best consistency I've seen personally was where my friend used a 68/4500 Flatline on his Angel. +/- 1fps.

Ive done 239 239 239 239 on my e-magnum. Ive also done 249 x5 on the same gun.

Im still screwing around with my retromag now.

The trick is using a SHORT barrel that matches your paint perfectly. None of my barrels are over 7 inches effective length. None are over 8 inches overall length.

              alley cat

My first gun was an ICD alley cat. When i got it out of the box it shot 274.4 , 274.4, 274.4 we though the chrono was busted, but we looked and it had three different numbers by the 274.4. The next shot spiked all the way to 275.0....... hehe. On the field I used a smarts parts 14 inch barrel. I could sit and snipe a three inch pattern at about 50 yards. It was sooooo accurate and quiet, compared to the other guns at the field. I could camo down and snipe with it and rarely get noticed. My best friend had the same gun, and we would go to scenario games and just sit back and pick people off.
When i started playing speedball, I went to the micromag for more rof. (I still love my alley cat though)

My Cocker is the most consistant semi I own (+/-3) and my Houdstooth and Sterling STP are probably the most consistant guns I own (+/-1,2). Mind you, this is all on CO2.

I will agree with FatMan, Palmer guns are very consistant. I do not have a Phoon (yet), but the Houndstooth uses the same valve design.

                Cocker (Typhocker):
10" Spiral Ported Palmer barrel or 10.5" BOA Snake Bite Barrel
                Male Stabalizer
                AKA Lighting Bolt
Runs on either 16oz/20oz anti-siphon CO2 or HPA

                Houndstooth:
                14" Non-Removable, Non-ported barrel
Dual Reg: Male and Female Stabalizers
                Runs on 16oz anti-siphon CO2

                Sterling STP:
12" Stock (I think thats how long it is) or 10" J&J barrel
                No regulator
Runs on either 16oz anti-siphon CO2 or HPA
