i just dyed my revvy a dark green today, turned out great! (no pics sorry) but all i did was...
1. Take apart the revvy
2. Find a pot big enough to fit each piece into it
3. fill with water so when you put the left, or right side
of the revvy in, its all the way under the water
4. Let the water boil
5. Put in the dye and stir (i used RIT Dye)
6. Put one side of the revvy in and take it out to see if
its the right color. Do the same for both sides
7. Make sure you put in the bottom plate that holds the batteries in... i forgot after i dumped the dye out
oh well lol
8. Run water over the parts after you dyed them to get the extra dye off.
let me know how it turns outLast edited by 1105; 06-02-2002, 07:34 PM.Minimag

i dont think its possible to dye a black one... you MIGHT get a little color glare if your lucky. black doesnt dye very well
mine was clear so it worked great
if it looks like crap... RIT made some dye remover so that might be able to get it off and back to normalMinimag
