Need tech info on HyperFlow 420 screw-in

Hi, to make this as short as possible, my tank got stuck in my ASA. When I tried to unscrew it, the regulater came apart. I emptied the air out then took it all the way apart(I didn't have any choice, it was the only way to get the tank off) then got the threaded part out of the ASA. Now I just need to make sure that I put it back together right. There is only a piston, two springs and the pin. I am pretty sure how it goes together, there seems to be only one way, but I want to make sure before I loctite it.I E-Mailed CenterFlag and a tech for them but got no answer. I don't have time to send it to them, which is probably what they want. Any one know the internals to the 420? Diagrams? They only have the adjusable ones on their web site and on warpig. Well thanks.

ytry taking it to your local shop and see if they can put it back together if your afraid you might screw it up.

also, this is a little off topic, but how do you like it, im thinking of getting one for myself.

I think it was a combination of a couple things. First the knob on my Kapp on/off ASA came loose so I couldn't shut the air off, but I also think there must of been a piece of dirt or something in the threads. I was surprised at how easy the reg. came apart, it looks like there was hardly any loctite on it. Other than that it's been a very good tank for the money. I'm sure it's my fault not the tanks. Thanks for the help though.

Yeah, they are great tanks, and regs. I would probably call CenterFlag. They have awsome customer service, and will probably replace it for you.
          I have no Sig.

If Centerflag didn't get back to you by e-mail, pick up the phone and give them a call. In my experience they have great customer service.

In the write-ups on WARPIG they asked me specifically not to write about the internals on their pre-sets as they do not want customers servicing them - they are very fussy about torque settings and thread sealers used on re-assembly.

            Pick up the phone.
