Where do i put those things made by PTP. If i put them in the valve plz post an exploded pic of a valve and where to put them. I have also never taken apart my valve so i need to know taht too. If it doesn't go on the valve please tell me where. Also do these really help?
I don't get power spacers

Take the valve out, then take the bolt spring and bolt off of the valve. See the little brass tip on the end of the powertube? Uncrew it with a nickle. Remove spacer. Replace spacer. Then do a reverse disassembly.-Gig 'Em Ags!

As you requested, a pic.

Unless you are getting bolt stick or leaking down the barrel, there is no need to replace the PT spacer.

Maybe it was a freak accident for me, but I found that my trigger pull was a little easier when I changed my PT spacer
Once you have shot and eliminated someone, you have established your position towards them. In a sense, the next move is up to them...

It was my understanding that by changing my PT spacer I was able to change the trigger pull length. Is that not correct?Originally posted by BlackVCG

All the power tube spacers do is compinsate for varying tolerences when you add things like aftermarket rails, or trigger frames and things like that. If your getting bolt stick, put in a shorter power tube spacer, if your getting barrel leak, put in a longer one. the spacers just adjust where the pin in the bolt seats on the power tube o-ring. the idea is to get it at a point where the pin can break free from the seal on the ring, therefore keeping the bolt from sticking, while at the same time seating far enough onto the o-ring to keep the valve from leaking as the chamber fills to fire the next ball.
The spacers however, don't effect trigger pull length whatsovever, for the record, dont go messing with the length of your trigger rod either in an attempt to 'shorten' the pull, the trigger rod has nothing to do with the length of the pull, and if anything, adjusting it will only wreck your marker. I suppose adjusting the spacer -could- lighten the pull, but i'd be so negligible you probably wont even notice it.
Everyone should keep some spacers on hand, as you'll never know when you'll need one. Theyre very handy to have on hand.

Pro-Team Products Power-Tube Spacer Kit
I didn't believe this one until I tried it myself, but I am now convinced that if you're going to spend money upgrading the trigger of your 'mag, this is the first, best way to spend it.
The power-tube spacer kit consists of five color-coded aluminum cylinders of slightly different lengths. What you do is replace the power-tube spring with the longest one of these aluminum spacers. If you then have leaking down the barrel, go to the next shorter spacer. If it still leaks, go to the next shorter spacer, etc., until there is no leaking down the barrel. You will find at this point that your trigger has magically become much lighter and faster than it was before!
The way this works is by precisely setting how far back the power-tube o-ring is set. The stem in the middle of the bolt goes down the power-tube and seals against the o-ring. If your power-tube spring is too long, the o-ring is pushed too far back, you don't get a good seal, and the 'gun leaks down the barrel. If your spring is too short, the o-ring sits far enough forward that it catches the bolt-stem tightly and you get bolt-stick, slowing and stiffening the trigger pull. By finding the spacer length that sets the o-ring at the point where the stem just seals agaist the o-ring without sticking in it, you get a much lighter and quicker trigger pull.
The real beauty of this kit is how well it works with any 'mag with any trigger work. If you have stock trigger parts, it will make the pull lighter and faster. If you've done the modifications I describe above, or have had other work done to it, you will find that the trigger works even better after installing the correct length spacer.

1105; all I can say is either you have an extreme fluke happening that it lightend the trigger pull, or your imagining it because you bought something that was suppose to do something, and didnt, so your brain tricks you into 'feeling' a difference.
The PTP spacers and the AGD spaces are no different, except one is aluminum (PTP) and the other is brass (AGD) the amount the friction pin in the center of the bolt, has against the o-ring wouldnt translate that much to the trigger. the power tube spacers are there to just fine tune the markers tolerences, no more, no less.
The trigger has nothing to do with the resistance of the bolt against the o-ring, when you pull the trigger, the sear releases the bolt, and the air pressure in the chamber pushes the bolt forward. When the bolt returns, the bolt spring is returning it to its 'start' position, and seating the bolt pin on the power tube o-ring, which is why having a too long of power tube spacer, will cause bolt stick, because the spring isnt strong enough to push the bolt back that far with that much resistance, because the oring has to seat higher up on the bolt pin. As you releace the trigger, the on/off pin pushes the sear back into place, catching the bolt and letting the air chamber recharge for the next shot.
As you can see, the power tube spacer has a neglegible effect on the sear, therefore, neglible effect on your trigger in any sense. And if it does, your probably imagining it, or its the act of a complete fluke.
Not to mention, the URL you gave to Ravi's page, I wouldnt do any 'mod' he suggests on his page because pretty much all he knows is how to royally ruin a 'mag. If you decide to try any of his mods, have fun with a broken mag, because in the long run, thats what you'll have.
Hope this clears some things up.
