what is the difference in the two rt pro bodies...the one with the holes and the ones that look like the e-mag bodies? anything difference other than looks?

The ones with the holes are old Automag RT bodies and not Rt Pro bodies. The old ones can't be used on any other mag, at least not without modification. -
