Will an emag sear work in a classic/minimag

I am thinking of making my own electronic grip frame for a classic 'mag. Will the emag sear assy. work in the classic/minimag frame? If so, can I purchase the sear assy. and solenoid together?

Well no, not without modification.. the sear needs to be placed in a RT Pro/Emag rail (not regular automag), with the sear pin/pivot screw..
or, I suppose you could modify the standard automag rail by milling out some material to fit the emag sear, then tapping a hole for the stock emag sear pin, or make your own custom fit sear pin.

Also, I'm not certain about the dimensions of other frames, but the solenoid plunger will not fit into the Dye .45 Automag frame without modification to sear/frame.

As for them selling the sear assy. and solenoid, check the AGD store and call them. They have the sear with solenoid plunger in the store, as well as the solenoid itself, however you may want to call them and see if you can get just a sear and solenoid together.
You should also look into getting the solenoid mount (agd store as well)..

    best of luck to you,
