Well, my E-mag breaks paint like crazy. I was tempted to toss it across the filed a couple of times today.

I'm dieng to get my hands on the level 10 upgrade. $100 is worth it if I can stop breaking paint, and if it doesn't help well then...

My Mag breaks paint like crazy too. Bought a Hyperframe, no more shortstroking= breaks paint. Bought a Warp Feed, faster feeding= breaks paint. Combined= breaks paint

The only time recently when I DIDN'T break paint was when I used my R2K hopper with a elbow and the stock trigger frame.

Help me AGD with the Lvl 10!

This all good and fine and i am really looking forward to them coming out but is AGD going to be able to keep up in the demand ... I allways seam to have troubble geeting the latest and gratest when it comes out heck i had to wait almost 6months to get my E-mag because the local shop couldnt get them fast enough ....

If you have been following this, you might have read the post by Manny (and others). He described that his marker did not CHOP any balls. He stated that the valve skipped, and the it was ready to fire once the ball made it fully into the breech. Not only did he note that there were no chops, he also had no complaints about breaks on balls that had been pinched. He went on to say that the results, as he perceived them, were exactly as they should have been in accordance to what was described to him in regards to what the mod should do. The only reported breaks were very far down the barrel, and therefor it was unlikely that they were due to any inadequacy in the operation of the gun.
So, the goal is not to eliminate breaks completely, as any gun can get a break now and then. The seeming goal is to eliminate breaks from chopping, perhpas by lessening bolt inertia, or breaks resulting from weakened shells due to misfires.
If you haven't experienced these problems, then what is to worry? However, most people complain that they chop with the Mag, and this is one of the last valid gripes. The level 10, if able to eliminate this, would thus eliminate a major reason many don't and won't use Mags.
Whatever the case may be, Tom said that he will release all of the information when he sees fit. Perhaps then this issues will be clarified for all. At that time other benefits may also be revealed (perhaps less rise and "kick," as well).

What is causing all these chops!? I do not get it. I have a regular 68, and NO REVVY. I dont fire fast enough (most times) to need one. I have never chopped on accident, and have shot several cases thru this thing. Yet there are tons of peopel out there yelling their mag/emag/rt chops. What exactly will this mod fix? I have a stock bolt.. hell i have stock everything.. and it works fine.. so whats up? New bolt and new powertube.... whats it changing? I'm not complaining- i will not buy a lvl 10 becuase I do not need it, and do not have the money. I'm just curious whats going on here....

In a way, I agree with Vegeta here. For the ppl NOT seeing a chopping problem, what will the elves in this new bolt system do? Is chopping the only difference ppl will see? Will there be a difference maybe in consistency? Less recoil?

This doesnt discourage me too much away from buying this new system, but enough for me to be very curious. I may need this. I recently solved my Mag problem with the leaking down the bolt and increased tension against the Hyperframe solenoid, it came out to be the powertube tip kept unscrewing, it ended up stripping so I may need another one, with a worn and milled down bolt (to fit an oring) I may as well just get a lvl 10 to replace all the parts I need.

I agree. I've shot more than a couple cases through my RT, and haven't broken a single ball. I'm skeptical about throwing down $100 towards something that will fix a problem I don't have. If it would lessen the kick, air consumption, or something else substantial, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. Keeping my fingers crossed.

So, the Level 10 will be coming stock on all the newer markers being made and as a kit for the older ones right??
