What are lvl 10 modifications and what do they do? Will they work with my lvl 7?

I did use the search tool. All I found was stuff like Yea! Hooray! Yippie! I can't wait to get one! blah blah blah So basically all I know is its name, that it's coming out soon, and that it going to be good. All I really want to know is what it is. Is it a bolt? How about a valve? Maybe a power tube? Is it a new style of main body? I dunno. Level 10 is a set of upgrading parts for any 'Mag made. If you have an SFL with a Superbolt, AGD will swap you parts for Lvl 10. All other guns will have to buy it out-right. There is no known price at this time, the blueprints have just now been sent to the vendors. When enough working protoypes are made, then full production begins, a price can be determined. It should/may,could,might/estimated-to be around the $100 mark, +- some change, but that is not known right now.
Total disclosure of what the parts are has not been done, let's just say it replaces a lot of the front half of the valve. AGD will announce here first, when Lvl 10 is fully available, which should be very,very soon. We do know that you can do the simple conversion yourself.
This upgrade has been a long time coming. It should/will disspell most of the rumors about 'Mags chopping/blending/un-reliability. Of course, we 'Mag owners never, ever, have any problems, at all, with our guns, so we don't know how these rumors got started in the first place
