AGD out of business?

i went to my local paintball store today, the one owned by the biggest name in paintball (and probably the physically biggest pro paintballer ever), and one of the dudes working the counter told me AGD wasn't going to be around in a couple of months.
i don't know what to think, i met up with tom when he came out to sacramento to show off the new guns and well, he seemed to be in high spirits. but then i noticed how the warranty policy changed which got me to thinking that maybe there are some money issues at agd.
i mean i don't know if they guy was talking out of his arse but he said he heard about it a few months ago. keep in mind that this guy is working at the store where you can walk up and by avalance and dragon intimadators right off the shelf.
if anyone could substantiate these rumors. i'd greatly appreciate it.
if these rumors are just that, rumors, sorry for scaring anyone.
finally, if i'm the last to know about this sorry for wasting anyone's time.

No. It is not true. This comes up all the time, and did so just the other day here on AO.

You must be new. This pops up about 2 or 3 times a month or so. I suspect this rumor gets spread around to alot of places and people just don't talk about it on here. It was actually pretty good for a while but seems to have picked back up in the recent weeks.

One way i think everyone can tell if it really happens are these forums. Being that AGD owns and runs these forums, if they go out of business, AO wouldn't exist either. It seems to me, however, that we're all still here.

now if i'm annoying anyone sorry. i'm just concerned because between my family and friends we have 13 1/2 automags(including minimags, retros, and rt's). we also have 3 flatline air systems and 4 warps. if agd went out of biz what would we do if ran into any problems that needed anything more that a parts kit?
dont get me wrong, i'm hella down for agd, i just want some clarification. i read the other thread and it was ok. tom's reply was cool but i already heard that when i talked to him back in april(?).
im still waiting for my agd jersey, stickers and c&c emag(sure the sfl is lighter but its just not as cool). i guess if i saw some of those items for sale it would make me relax.

I think people have these thoughts because a couple of months ago tom was giving away emags, and for the billboard contest he only gave away a measly RT Pro. He must be getting poor because he's cutting back on the stuff he gives away.
