I have reffed twice, I hated it. I was the only ref for a 10 on 10 rec game. I reffed because I ran out of paint and did not have any money. I was running back and forth the whole day doing paint checks and stuff. The worst part is that they were taking cheap shots at me when I had to run by them. I don't know how a person could ref for a tourny, I can imagine how bad it can be for the refs. They probably get cursed at and yelled at all day because people don't like there calls. That happened to me, I called a guy out and he started cursing at me because he said that he hit the other guy first. It was really annoying. He finaly left the feild but was pissed at me untill someone explained the rules to him the right way. OY, well that is my experience as a ref
